Before becoming a counsellor, I spent many years working in healthcare, both within the NHS and private sector, including roles in radiology and patient care. This background has given me a well-rounded understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of holistic wellbeing.
I am a qualified hypnotherapist and hold a BA in Integrated Counselling from the University of Suffolk. I draw on Existential and Humanistic therapy approaches, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients are supported to explore their inner world, supporting past wounds, and develop self-awareness and resilience.
My work is shaped not only by formal training but also by real-life experience, including the profound journey of raising my own family. I understand the demands life can place on us and the strength it takes to seek support.
